Instructions for use and maintenance

1. Before placing the mask in the bag after diving in salt or chlorinated water, it is recommended to rinse it in clean fresh water.
2. The bag can be used to dry lenses.
3. Hand wash or machine wash at temperatures up to 40°C without using fabric softeners (rinsing liquids), which may limit the absorbent properties of the microfiber.

We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free! If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it - without giving a reason.

How do I make a return?

✔ Inform us – Send a statement of withdrawal from the contract. You can do this:

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application from us.

✔ Pack the product - Make sure it is in the same condition you received it. Remember that if it has been used beyond standard inspection, we may reduce the refund.

✔ Expect a refund - We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your package. You will receive your money back via the same method you paid for, unless we agree otherwise.

✔ When is a refund not possible?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept certain products if:
- they were made to special order,
- are sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. lenses) and the packaging has been opened,
- spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
- were inseparably connected to another product after delivery.
